Each jewelry piece is handmade and made-to-order using natural materials such as gemstones and pearls, which may naturally vary in color and shape. All jewelry sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of incorrect or damaged items caused by our error.

All prints are print-to-order and inspected for quality before shipping.

Slight color differences between the on-screen image and the actual print may occur due to monitor settings — these are not considered defects.
Damage caused after delivery (e.g., during framing or handling) is not eligible for return or refund.
All original and mixed media artworks are one-of-a-kind and considered final sale.
Returns or refunds are only available if the artwork arrives damaged due to our mistake.

Once your package has been handed over to the USPS, we are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the error was caused by us.
